Deposits are accepted to hold available birds. Deposits are based on the desired bird and are usually around 10-20% of the total amount.
 
The deposit is towards the full price of the bird including any shipping when needed.  Once a deposit is placed, the bird is held for the customer until picked up or shipped.
 
Once a bird is selected, deposits are nonrefundable unless the bird is no longer available or there is an unforseen issue with the bird.
